Aldo Castillo Chung is a certified metallurgical engineer specializing in mining equipment installation, process consulting, and metallurgy. He is a consultant and professor with expertise in safety, environmental management, and quality systems.

I am dedicated to using my knowledge to support community development and ensure access to rights for vulnerable communities.

Jhon Roger Cotrina Alfaro is a systems engineer, preservation planner, and Fulbright Scholar who leads sustainable community development and heritage preservation efforts in the Peruvian Andes as one of the founders and CEO of MISKI PACHA.

I am Jackelin Mendoza Infante, an Architecture and Urbanism student with skills in design, urban planning, and specialized software.

I am an Agronomist and M.Sc. in Crops, Soil, and Environment Sciences. I have more than ten years of experience in university teaching, scientific research, environmental management, management positions, management, and supervision of agricultural projects. Focused on finding sustainable alternatives to increase crop production. Results-oriented with a proven track record of working collaboratively with team members.

Christiaan Romero Zegarra, MBA, is a Peruvian project manager with 15 years of experience in social development, sustainability, and technology.

Elena Estilita Sanchez Crespo, a last-semester Law student at Universidad Privada del Norte, is dedicated to public service and legal practice, with experience in labor and civil law through specialized training.
