Jhon Roger Cotrina Alfaro is a systems engineer, preservation planner, and expert in sustainable community development with a distinguished academic and professional background. He holds two master's degrees: one in Historic Preservation Planning from Cornell University (2024) and another in Sustainable Communities from SUNY-Binghamton (2021), where he graduated summa cum laude as a Fulbright Scholar.
